Blake Leath is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience managing high-visibility government contracts valued in the billions. Throughout his career, Blake has built a reputation for overseeing complex projects, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and effectively negotiating and resolving contract-related challenges. His expertise spans risk analysis, financial oversight, and project management—skills honed through his work on large-scale, high-stakes governmental contracts.
In addition to his corporate experience, Blake is the owner of BCL Logistics and Transportation, where he manages the transportation and contracting operations with major retail and grocery stores. His leadership in logistics has further enhanced his ability to handle complex projects, manage high-value contracts, and deliver consistent results—capabilities that seamlessly translate into his work in real estate investment.
As a Co-Founder and Real Estate Investor at Leath Estates, Blake plays a critical role in property acquisition, renovation oversight, and market strategy. His responsibilities include identifying high-potential investment properties, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and managing the renovation process from start to finish. Blake is actively involved in budgeting, contractor selection, and ensuring that each project aligns with the company’s vision of delivering high-quality homes and maximizing returns for investors.

He leverages his experience in logistics and government contracting to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Blake has successfully purchased, renovated, and sold multiple residential properties, applying his vast experience to optimize each investment. His deep understanding of suburban real estate markets, combined with his ability to manage complex operations, positions Leath Estates as a leader in property revitalization and value creation.
Blake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and a MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce, further enhancing his financial and operational expertise. With a diverse background spanning government contracts, logistics, and real estate investment, Blake brings a results-oriented, strategic approach to every project, ensuring Leath Estates continues to grow and deliver exceptional outcomes for investors and homeowners alike.

Brandy Leath is a passionate real estate investor and entrepreneur who has cultivated a unique skill set that blends her expertise in project management, data analysis, and contract negotiation with a deep love for property renovation and design. Over the years, she has purchased and transformed four homes, personally handling every aspect of renovation and interior decoration. Brandy’s hands-on approach to real estate allows her to bring each property to life, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal.
With over 20 years of professional experience in contract management, compliance, and project execution, Brandy has developed a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. Her extensive career in government contracting includes serving as a warranted Procurement Contracting Officer, responsible for the procurement of a wide range of goods and services. In this role, she managed multimillion-dollar contracts, ensuring that each procurement was compliant with federal regulations while delivering value to the government. Her experience in negotiation, pricing strategies, and contract management has provided her with the analytical tools necessary to excel in real estate investment.
As the Co-Founder and Lead Real Estate Investor at Leath Estates, Brandy is responsible for overseeing property acquisitions, managing renovation projects, and driving the company’s investment strategies. Her role includes scouting high-potential properties, conducting thorough market research, creating renovation plans, and collaborating with contractors to execute each project. Her meticulous involvement from acquisition to final staging ensures that each property meets the highest standards of quality, design, and financial return.
Brandy’s educational background further enhances her ability to approach real estate with a strong business perspective. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Maryland Global Campus and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Her education in accounting has provided her with a solid foundation in financial management and cost analysis, while her MBA has sharpened her leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management skills. These qualifications have been instrumental in both her corporate career and her transition into real estate investment, where she combines financial acumen with a keen sense of design.
Currently focused on expanding her real estate portfolio, Brandy is always exploring new investment opportunities. Her goal is to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional while delivering solid returns for investors and enhancing the communities in which Leath Estates operates.
